The lone pastor of Northshore Presbyterian Church was scheduled to take long service leave. He aimed to prepare the church for his 3-month absence and provide it with every opportunity to flourish during that period. However, he had developed unhealthy habits, taking on too many roles at the church and struggling to delegate those responsibilities and train others.
